Guardians
Concept / Platform

The platform that delivers it.

Go live in days, not months.

Everything the concept requires — draws, payments, compliance, reporting, and the free entry route that makes it legal — built, operational, and ready to deploy as Guardians of your stand.

Your Club on Guardians

Your name. Your colours. Guardians.

Every club gets their own named section of the platform — built in their colours, carrying their crest, named after the ground or stand that defines them.

Guardians of the Kop. Guardians of the Stretford End. Guardians of the Gallowgate. Guardians of the Holte End.

The Guardians master brand and the club's identity sit together. To a fan it feels entirely native to their club. It is also, unmistakably, Guardians — and that independence is the point. The platform's credibility depends on it belonging to no single club.

Illustrative — Olympus City FC is the fictional club used throughout the demo.
One scalable platform. Every club makes it their own.

How Money Moves

From fans to the fans in the seats.

Fan entry fees flow to the subsidy fund in full — net of applicable sales tax, which is collected by Guardians and paid to the relevant authority in each territory. Not a platform slice. Not a processing margin. Sales tax is a government obligation, not a cost of the mechanism.

Guardians' operating costs are funded by club fees alone, which means the "100% of net entry value to supporters" claim is not a governance promise. It is a permanent, auditable consequence of how the business is structured. No decision can change it. It is simply how the money moves.

What fans pay goes to fans. What clubs pay runs everything.

What's Included

Everything the mechanism needs. Nothing it does not.

01 ·

Monthly Draw

The platform manages the draw end to end. One winner, every month, guaranteed — no rollover, no unclaimed prize, no month without a result.

02 ·

Prize Management

Winner notification, coordination, and the announcement flow are all handled by the platform. The prize belongs entirely to the club — their assets, their access, their history. The mechanics of selecting and announcing the winner sit with Guardians.

03 ·

Free Entry Route

Postal free entry — one line per household — administered, promoted, and tracked by the platform in every market where Guardians operates. Not an afterthought. The legal foundation that places this outside lottery regulation internationally. Without it, none of the rest works.

04 ·

Payment Processing

Multi-currency payment processing across every territory fans enter from. The handling fee — the payment processor's charge, passed through to the fan at cost — is stated clearly at checkout. Entry fees flow directly to the ring-fenced subsidy fund.

05 ·

Guardian Dashboard

Every Guardian has a personal view of their entry history, draw results, the total fund raised for their club, and exactly how the fund has been applied to ticket pricing — expressed in plain language. The impact is visible, not promised.

06 ·

Digital Wall

An opt-in public listing of every Guardian, self-managed by the contributor. Fans choose whether to appear and how they are named. No admin overhead for the club.

07 ·

Consolation Prizes (optional)

Clubs can choose to offer consolation prizes from their commercial partners, distributed to non-winning entries on a schedule the club configures. The platform manages distribution and provides engagement reporting back to partners. Optional, but where used, every draw produces more than one touchpoint.

08 ·

Reporting

Transparency reporting published at the point of each fund application and in full at season end. Automated, available to all stakeholders at their access level, and independently auditable. The club does not have to choose to be transparent — the platform makes opacity structurally impossible.

Stakeholder Access

Every stakeholder sees what they need to see, and nothing more.

Stakeholder access matrix
Role Access
Guardian Entry history, draw results, fund total, impact reporting.
Supporters Board Full fund reporting, audit trail, independent direct access.
Club Finance Financial reporting, fee breakdown, fund movement.
Club Commercial Participation rates, geographic reach, growth trends.
Transparency is structural, not a promise.

What It Costs

Fixed by tier. No variables.

One fee, twelve months.

The annual platform fee is fixed by league tier — the same fee covers 12 months of full participation, every feature, every draw, every territory.

No variables.

Fan entries benefit supporters. They do not benefit the platform's margin. The fee does not scale with entries.

Tiered down the pyramid.

The infrastructure is the same at every level; the cost reflects what each club can reasonably bear. Top-tier fees cross-subsidise the operational cost of lower league participation — elite football genuinely funding clubs where the conditions are right, as a structural feature of how the business works.

Multi-year packages are available at a discount. The right conversation for clubs that have seen the first season work.

100% of net entry value to supporters. Not a penny to the platform.

Standard architecture. Built to be delivered.

The platform is built on well-trodden, proven foundations — standard, battle-tested architecture with per-club customisation and real-time dashboards. There is nothing experimental here.

The platform is being developed by a founder with thirty years of software development experience, including twenty years as co-founder and MD of a bespoke development company building platforms for the financial services sector. Those platforms collectively manage £8.6 billion in assets.

See It In Action
